Before installing the controller driver, please copy the “DSP OS” folder in the random disc into the computer D drive, and then connect the computer and DSP handle with the supplied USB cable. At this time, the system will prompt “Found New Hardware” and pop up the “Found New Hardware Wizard” window, click and select “No, not this time”, click “Next”, click and select “From list or specified location” Install (Advanced), click "Next", select "Include this location in the search", and then click "Browse" on the side to find the "handle USB drive" just copied to the folder in the D drive. ", click "OK" to return; then click "Next", click "Next" again until "Complete" appears, click it to end the installation process of the entire USB handle driver.
If the driver is not installed or the handle is not connected, if you directly start the download application, "ZHBUSBConnect", the system will prompt "Do not open the lower computer or connect the USB interface", click "OK", and then prompt "Create empty The document failed."
If you are sure that there is no misoperation and the USB connection is normal, if you still get the above error message, please check the following steps: (for XP system) On the WINDOWS desktop, right click on "My Computer" and click " "Properties", click "Hardware", click "Device Manager", there will be a USBCAM project with a yellow "!" in the pop-up device window "Universal Serial Bus Controller" item, right click on it Then click "Update Driver", the next operation is the same as above; if it is not enough, please change the USB port or use U disk to test the port, you can usually find the problem.
