The principle of applying this method is that when selecting an iron bar, it is necessary to flexibly change the diameter of the inner hole of the outer ring of the bearing. When the diameter of the inner hole of the outer ring of the bearing is larger, of course, the iron bar is wider and thicker. (Note that the screw hole screw is also adjusted accordingly) At the same time, it is also necessary to adjust the length of the iron plate that is flexible according to the diameter of the inner hole of the outer ring of the bearing. This small device should not be discarded after use and can be used for a long time.

Here, I tell you a trick:

1. Use a vernier caliper to measure the diameter of the inner hole of the bearing casing, for example, 60MM.

2. Saw a piece of iron plate with a width of about 20 mm, a thickness of about 5 mm, and a length of about 70 mm.

3. In the center of the iron plate, punch a "center"

4. With the center as the center, plan a circular arc with a diameter of 58 mm with a circle.

5. On the grinder, trim the excess part of the original arc according to the original arc.

6. Use a hammer to bend the iron plate, (note that the camber is even) and measure the length of the iron plate after the hammer is bent with a vernier caliper so that the size is 60.5MM.

7. On the "center", drill a hole with a 5 mm drill bit. And use M6 tap buckle.

8. Find a buttoned M6 long screw and screw it in from the concave side of the iron bar (just out of the head)

9. Press the convex surface into the ball groove of the outer ring of the bearing in a narrow direction.

10. Rotate the long screws in the direction of tightening. At this time, the bearing shell in the narrow direction will come out by yourself!
