Second: smear

Use special tools when applying, and do not use bare hands. The required amount of fat is required to meet the above requirements, and the grease should be filled with all the surfaces of the FAG bearing that require lubrication. After the grease has been used for a certain period of time, it is necessary to change the fat or make up the fat.

Third: fat gun method

The grease is used to press the grease into the FAG bearing through the grease hole through pressure. This method is often used to replenish fat.

Fourth: Concentration to the lipid method

The pump is used to transport the grease to the parts of each FAG bearing through the pipeline. The flow path of the newly added grease should be able to squeeze out the old grease, so that the new grease can be filled into the lubrication points.

(5) It has strong rust prevention, salt spray resistance and good water resistance, and can be used in harsh working environments.

(6) The insulation grade is A, E, and B grades, and may not contain additives such as sulfur and chlorine.

(7) Good adaptability and high and low temperature performance.

(8) Lubricity and abrasion resistance are good, no oil, no drying, no emulsification, no loss, and the grease itself should not contain solids.
