For sealed thin-walled bearings, the production has been filled in with the appropriate grease and the seal is placed on the main unit to prevent grease leakage. Note that too little fat is likely to cause a lack of fat or dry friction, affecting life. Grease can cause excessive temperature rise. A large amount of grease leaks, not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes. Therefore, better FAG bearings are required to enter the thin-wall bearing grease amount to ensure adequate lubrication.
Lubrication friction: A resistance to mechanical friction that forms part of the surface of the film. Cooling temperature: Take away heat through oil circulation to prevent sintering. Clean: Clean the friction surfaces of the work surface and other materials produced by the metal by flowing oil. Sealed against leaks: reduces gas leakage and external contaminants. Corrosion: Adsorbs on the surface to prevent water, air, acids, harmful gases and contact areas. Buffer: A sharp rise, engine cylinder pressure, sudden increase in the piston, piston pin, connecting rod and crankshaft oil load can withstand the impact load buffer.
Grease lubrication refers to the direct application of grease between the moving surfaces of thin-walled bearings. However, the following five principles must be observed when entering grease into the raceway and sliding work surface of FAG bearings:
(1) Grease must penetrate the working surface of the thin-walled bearing and the internal clearance of the bearing, so that the grease can fully lubricate.
(2) A certain amount of grease should be retained on the working surface of the FAG bearing for a certain period of time, but it is necessary to prevent excessive loss of grease.
(3) The flow direction of the input and discharge of grease should be consistent with the sealing requirements, which is conducive to the discharge of invading dirt.
(4) Under the premise of ensuring good lubrication, minimize the amount of grease.
(5) Open the outlet hole at the end of the grease flow so that the newly added grease can squeeze out the old grease and ensure good lubrication. Special reminder, when lubricating grease for FAG bearings, pay attention to the operating temperature range of thin-wall bearing grease. If it is not in the proper temperature range, the effect will be counterproductive.
